My first impression on seeing the Woogloo web site at a Small Business Expo was that it looked pretty easy to use and the people, Terrance and Daniel, very easy to talk to. They listened to what I had to say and didn’t use any computer jargon but spoke plain English. This impression was carried forward in my dealings with Web Support Manager Barry. Right throughout the process Barry kept me informed so I was never left wondering what was happening.

Initially I was just going for a new web site, however after a conversation about a new logo, I saw the sense in this as my old one didn’t work very well, so let the team go ahead and create a new one for my business.

Once again my ideas were listened to and the new logo was nothing like I expected, it was far better. It really captures the essence of my business and we have had and continue to get some very favourable feedback.

Then came the web site and once again I was amazed with the result. I found the training videos provided by Woogloo very helpful and have referred to the often since the initial training. Adding content and updating the site is a very easy process. I like the fact that additional pages can be added as and when required. I also like the fact that the Woogloo system is modular so you can start off with the basic web site and add different modules as required, this is something I plan on doing.

Cost was an issue when choosing a web site designer and Woogloo offered very competitive pricing but delivered a quality product. The fact that additional modules can be purchased at a later stage also helps as you’re not paying a large sum for features you won’t use. This way the cost can be spread out over time as new features are added, very imported for a start up business.

Our web site is earning it’s keep as we have had a number of enquires and people have indicated it is easy to find and navigate around. My sincere thanks to everyone involved. I am proud to be associated with such a professional down to earth web designers. I would highly recommend the Woogloo system, and the people behind it to anyone looking to design a profession web site.
