Jaleh Wunick's Testimony

The staff at Woogloo have had good ongoing communication with me. This is important for me as a small businesses owner, considering I do not have time to develop website content during my normal business hours. I do most of my correspondence with the Woogloo support team over the phone and I have found everyone to extremely willing to help.

The Woogloo team always gets back to me in a timely manner, which is imperative when I need "troubleshooting" solutions as soon as possible. I have a very basic level of understanding when it comes to website content management and I find technology in general to be very frustrating . It is important for me to have a close relationship with the developers so that I understand each step in the web design process.

I have only recently launched my new website and have had quite a few compliments already. The customers really like the look and feel of the website, and it is easy for them to use. I believe that as I begin to use more of the plug-in features, the customer satisfaction will increase. I am still in the set-up phase, but I look forward to growing my business with Woogloo.
