It's sooooo good!! You guys are leveling out the playing field for small businesses to have a better chance in the market. I realise with excitement the possibility to explore further our market potential is in our hands. Before that, we feel rather dependant on whoever controls the manipulation of a website... and the intrinsic limitations of cooperation therein. With synergy.it, there is a exciting sense of empowerment that I would finally be able to speak the online lingo.

I would love to give a REAL feedback, not just some compliments here and there. Right now I am trying to understand the details of what you have so as to visualise and match them with what we could possibly do for the products that we are planning to have. Obviously there are some questions here and there, which I intend to put together to ask Terrence at one go, than to trouble him with bits and pieces of queries.

But I like to do my homework thoroughly before asking REAL questions that I cannot have from your Help Files and the video training tutorials. Oh man, your tutorials are awesome!! Look, while we can read and follow instructions, hearing the sight and sound instructions simply REINFORCES the concepts for the printed ones, and then some. The Help Files and the tutorials compliment and reinforce each other. You watch a tutorial and then cross over to the Help Files (or vice-versa) and play around with the concepts and feel you have got it!!

The exhilarating feeling is the guided step by step learning, knowing that I can master this tool myself and do not have to leave it to the whims of geeks. I honestly think, Daniel, this feeling comes from the simplicity of bite-size sessions and the assuring voice tone used by the presenter, and one can listen to it again and again until the pieces of information all link together for the whole.
